As the iPhone phenomenon continues to grow, so does the selection of fantastic apps. I recently came across the Organize your Life Apps while looking for one that would help me better organize my grocery list. After reading up on several grocery-list apps I found the perfect one and had to pass it along. Grocery iQ (99 cents).
The Grocery iQ app has what they call a “clever predictive-entry system” that seems to know about every single item in the modern American mega market. To use it you only need to enter a few letters of any word to quickly draw up and create your list. For example, when you type in KRA, a list pops up showing every product made by Kraft, like cocktail sauce or Jet-Puffed Mini Marshmallows. You can also type in generic items, like toilet paper or toothpaste.
Just so you all know, my refrigerator is normally pretty baron because I don’t ever write out a grocery list, which leaves me wondering aimlessly up and down the isles trying to find what I think I need.
With Grocery iQ you can check off each item as you buy it and even it about the layout of your specific grocery store and it will sort the list according to aisle number. How sweet is that.
Finally something to get me organized so I can make one trip and get everything I need way faster!
Gotta love technology!
